1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing seonimble.com or purchasing any service from SEO Nimble, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or purchase our services.

2. About SEO Nimble

SEO Nimble provides digital marketing and search engine optimisation services. Our services are delivered entirely digitally. Our business address is 3402 Indiana St, Fresno, TX 77545, USA. Contact: hello@seonimble.com.

3. Services

SEO Nimble offers the following categories of service: Search Visibility Audit, On-Page SEO, Local Ranking Systems, Content Authority Building, Backlink Growth Campaigns and PPC Management. Full descriptions of each service, including what is included and estimated delivery timelines, are available on the relevant service pages and the Delivery Policy.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided. Services are performed remotely by SEO Nimble and its associates.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website and payment is processed via Stripe, Inc. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. You will receive a confirmation by email. Campaign work begins within 3 business days of confirmed payment.

All prices are displayed in USD and include the applicable service charge. Prices do not include any third-party costs you may incur independently, such as paid advertising spend on Google or Bing, which is managed separately from our management fee.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly plans operate on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to hello@seonimble.com. Essential and Performance plans have a 3-month minimum engagement period. The Enterprise plan has no minimum commitment.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to the accounts and assets required for campaign delivery (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS access). Delays caused by failure to provide required access may affect delivery timelines without entitling you to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Content produced by SEO Nimble as part of your campaign, including written articles, optimisation changes and reports, becomes your property upon full payment. Strategy documents, internal methodologies and tools remain the intellectual property of SEO Nimble.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEO Nimble cannot guarantee specific ranking positions. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and can change without notice. We guarantee delivery of the services described, not specific ranking outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SEO Nimble against any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these terms, or from content you provide to us for use in campaign delivery.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
