Refund Policy

1. Overview

SEO Nimble provides digital marketing and search engine optimisation services. Because our services involve significant professional time and effort from the point of order confirmation, refunds are available only in the specific circumstances described in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

One-time services (e.g. Search Visibility Audit)

A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work has commenced. Once the audit process has begun, no refund is available as the professional time invested cannot be recovered.

Monthly retainer plans

The first month of a monthly plan is non-refundable once campaign setup and initial work have commenced, typically within 3 business days. Cancellation after the first month is effective at the end of the notice period (30 days). You will not be charged for services not delivered within that notice period.

Add-ons

Add-on services purchased alongside a plan or individually follow the same refund rules as one-time services. Once work has commenced, no refund is available.

Consulting hours

Consulting hours purchased but not yet used may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 30 days of purchase. Used hours are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Dissatisfaction with organic ranking results (rankings are not guaranteed and depend on third-party search engine algorithms)
• Delays caused by failure to provide required access to accounts or assets
• Services already completed and delivered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@seonimble.com with your order reference number, the service you are requesting a refund for and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Disputes

If you believe we have failed to deliver a service as described, contact us at hello@seonimble.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve genuine service delivery issues directly.
