Delivery Policy

1. Overview

All services provided by SEO Nimble are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This policy outlines how each service type is delivered, when delivery begins and what you can expect at each stage.

3. What You Need to Provide

Campaign delivery requires access to certain accounts. You will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours of payment confirming exactly what access is needed. Typical requirements include Google Search Console (read or full access), Google Analytics GA4, and your website CMS for implementing technical changes. Access to Google Ads or Bing Ads is required for PPC Management. We cannot begin work without the required access being granted.

4. Delivery Method

All deliverables are sent digitally by email or via shared Google Drive or equivalent document links. Reports are sent on the schedule specified in your plan. Deliverables include written reports, spreadsheet data, direct changes implemented on your website (where CMS access is provided), and strategic documents.

5. Delays

Delivery timelines assume you provide the required account access within 3 business days of onboarding. Delays caused by late access provision will extend corresponding delivery timelines without entitling you to a refund. If we anticipate a delay on our end, we will notify you by email.

6. Geographic Delivery

Services are available to clients anywhere in the United States. International clients may be accepted at our discretion. All delivery is digital and location-independent.
